Services we provide include:
- Initial office or inhome consultation
- Unlimited telephone, office and inhome consultations
- We will set appointments with vendors for you and attend with you or for you
- We will handle all contract negotiations
- We will be onsite on rehearsal day and wedding day to coordinate entire event
- We offer a full service planning approach with minimal work required of the bride and her parents
You can order your invitations, attendants gifts, favors, even your cake from us. We have over 27 years in the wedding/party coordinating business.
We have different packages to fit every budget:
Daisies and Lace:
Rehearsal and day of wedding coordination only.
Carnations and Pearls:
Month of wedding. Bride has secured all vendors and venues. One meeting per week leading up to your wedding to sort out the details and tie up the loose ends. Bookings taken within 3 months of the wedding date.
Moonlight and Chocolate:
This package is designed for brides who are:
Planning a ceremony and/or reception that takes place either outdoors or indoors and a guest list of up to 250.
Champagne and Roses:
This package is designed for brides who are:
Planning weddings that include extensive weekend events, require extra time, services and/or staff. Where the ceremony and/or reception are held outdoors with a guest list of 250 or more.
Consulting by the Hour:
This is offered as an alternative to the more indepth packages and provided by appointment only. Time will be billed hourly, payable at the conclusion of each meeting. These hours may not be used for day of wedding.
